For the majority of the time, Saїx is seen as a calm, collected man, showing no emotions whatsoever. He thinks through things rationally, and can often find solutions to difficult problems. It is for these reasons that, although he is VII in the Organization, he treated as almost a second-in-command to Xemnas. While this is the side that he prefers to show normally, it hides a cruel and obviously heartless manner.

Saїx is quick to use people to his advantage, and even quicker to kill them. If someone dispensable gets in his way, they will die before they even have enough time to blink. The only person he has respect for is Xemnas, and the Superior is the only one Saїx will truly listen to.

He is a perfect example of a Nobody; a cold, heartless killing machine, with basically no morals. Saїx listens to Xemnas only because he had proved himself to the berserker time and time again. However, there is one anomaly in all this; Saїx holds a deep distaste for traitors of any kind.
